Terms for a One-Time Digital Report

You must be at least 18 years old. You may submit your own birth information or information you are legally authorized to use. You are responsible for making sure the information you enter is accurate and permitted.

By checking the acceptance box and continuing, you accept the displayed versions of these Terms, the Privacy Notice, the Disclaimer, and the refund terms, and you expressly request report generation to begin immediately after payment.

The product is one personal digital BaZi report, delivered as a private web report recoverable through the Google account used at checkout. The base price is $29 USD as a one-time payment; there is no subscription. Creem calculates and displays any applicable tax before you pay.

Creem acts as merchant of record for the transaction. Creem presents the checkout, processes payment details, calculates or collects applicable tax, issues payment records, and handles payment events under its checkout terms. Truenoon remains responsible for generating the report and providing product support.

Report generation starts after payment is confirmed. The processing page shows progress, and the finished report opens on Truenoon under the Google account used at checkout. Provider, network, or generation failures can delay delivery.

If access or delivery fails, contact the support address above. Depending on the problem and mandatory law, the remedy may include restoring access, regeneration, or a refund.

A purchase grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read, save, and print your report for private use. It does not transfer Truenoon's software, templates, brand, or other intellectual-property rights.

Account sessions and report links are personal access credentials. Do not sell, publish, or share them. You are responsible for activity through links or sessions you disclose.

Requesting immediate digital performance does not waive any cancellation, refund, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived. For duplicate charges, failed delivery, or inaccessible reports, contact support with the purchase email and order details.

A full refund, partial refund, chargeback, or payment dispute may suspend or revoke report access while the payment state is reconciled. This does not limit remedies or access rights that mandatory law requires.

The report is an interpretive product for reflection. It is not professional advice and must not be used as the sole basis for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, employment, safety, relationship, or other high-impact decisions. The Disclaimer forms part of these Terms.

We may correct calculation, wording, security, delivery, or availability problems and may update these Terms for future use. Changes do not remove rights that already arose under mandatory law.

The governing law and dispute venue are shown in the operator details above. Those terms do not remove mandatory consumer, payment, or data-protection rights that apply to you.
