Read Bing Fire through its relationships, not a personality label
The day pillar in this example is Bing Yin (丙寅). With Bing Fire as the reference, the same Ren character receives a different label than it does in a Jia Wood chart. That is why the Day Master comes first.

Read this chart, one step at a time
Separate the stem from the branch
Bing (丙), Yang Fire, sits above Yin (寅), the day branch. Bing Yin is the complete day pillar. The Day Master, the branch and the stems hidden inside that branch are distinct layers; locate them before interpreting them.
Why is Ren labeled Pressure here?
Ren is Yang Water and Bing is Yang Fire. Water controls Fire and both are yang, so Ren is Pressure (七杀) relative to Bing. Gui, Yin Water, would retain that element direction but change the polarity pairing and become Authority (正官). This is a naming rule, not a forecast of harm.
Compare the month and hour stems
Wu (戊), the month stem, is Yang Earth. Fire generates Earth and both are yang, so Wu is Output (Gentle), or 食神. Jia (甲), the hour stem, is Yang Wood. Wood generates Fire and both are yang, so Jia is Indirect Resource. One relation goes out from the Day Master; the other comes toward it.
Read the three stems hidden in Yin
The day branch Yin contains Jia, Bing and Wu. Relative to Bing Fire, their labels are Indirect Resource, Peer and Output (Gentle). A branch is not a single relationship, which is why counting only the four visible stems leaves part of the chart unread.
Find it in a chart
For a 丙 Day Master, Wood is the generating element and Earth is the element Fire generates. A chart discussion about support or output refers to these relationships; the number of Fire symbols alone is not a complete reading.
